Firm Enrollment
Enrollment Form
To enroll in the Peer Review Program, you may
download the enrollment form, or call
(603) 623-3513 to request the form.
Please mail or fax the completed form to New England Peer Review. We
will forward the information to the AICPA to expedite the enrollment
process.
Proof of State Society Membership
If you are not a
member of the AICPA, but are a member of your state
society, we will need verification of membership in your
state society. Please send a copy of your membership certificate,
cancelled check for dues payment, or other documentation, with your
enrollment form. If you are not a member of either
the AICPA or your state society (Non-non firm), please indicate this
when sending in your enrollment form.
You will need to include a check for the
NEPR Fee assessed to
Non-non firms with the form.
Once your firm has been enrolled in the program, you will be billed
for the annual fee. In the year of your review, when a reviewer has been
scheduled, you will be assessed a scheduling & evaluation fee.

Scheduling Package
As part of the enrollment process, a date is scheduled for your
firm's peer review, usually eighteen months after the enrollment month.
Unless prior notification has been given by your firm of the need to
have a review sooner, you will be sent a scheduling package in the fall
of the year before your review. Should you need to accelerate the date
of the review, please notify our office.
